| Sympathy City |
| North Beach
Since Sympathy City sits right on the waters of the Gelu Bay, it is frequented by dedicated beach-goers. The waters are always cold, even in the summer, and are often refreshing during the crazy warm summer days. It's a very popular place almost year round.

| The County Fair
The largest fair in this part of the country, it's another popular place in the city. It's a good place to get a job or go on a date, full of rides and attractions and some of the best food in the city.

| The Angry Beast Bar and Pub
A small bar a ways away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's a quaint little place with a pool table, a jukebox and music, alcohol and beverages, darts and card games, and all that other good bar stuff.

| 12th Street Precinct
One of 14 police stations in the Sympathy City area, the 12th Street station is definitely the largest and most active with a massive impound lot at the back of it. Ending up here would be a very bad thing, unless you're one of the 56 police officers that work here.

| Redbone Apartment Complex
Cheap, quick to buy, and fun to live in, this is the most common place for Sypathians to live. This particular complex has about ten buildings, a courtyard with a basketball court and playground, and a small park for pets to run around in.

| Nitidus Park
A small park near the city's center. It's a popular place for couples to wander, for stray animals to be found, and for just general lolly gagging. It's got a small lake at the center with ducks, and a lot of paths and trees and such.

| The Pet Company
A small time pet store, they mostly sell small, common place animals like puppies, kittens, lizards, snakes and birds and such. As well as some supplies. Many of the conditions the animals are in are... not the best, especially when they get exotic pets like baby raptors. They use this fact to lure people in to "save" the animals.

| Firefox Galleria
The largest mall in the county, it is one of the major draws of Sympathy City. Part of it is outside in a strip mall sort of fashion, but most of it is inside a large three floored Y-shaped building, with hundreds upon hundreds of stores, shops and just places to be.

| Neighborhoods
Much of the city outside of the downtown area is reserved for houses and quaint little places to live. Some houses have yards, others are split level with multiple families.

| Cafe' Silmeria
A small time coffee shop the bridges the gap between the rural neighborhoods and the bustling city. It's a common place for people to stop on their way to work, grab some coffee and a donut and then be on their way.

| The Old Church Yard
An old brick-building church stands in a dark part of town. Rumor has it that it and the accompanying small cemetery are more than 1000 years old. But no one knows for sure, all the tombstones are inexplicably blank.

| The Crypt o' Club
A bustling night club in the grungy part of southern Sympathy. It is full of shady characters with drugs and money to spend, but they are usually preoccupied with the loud techno music and scantily dressed women (or men, if that's what they're into).

| The Junkyard
Right on the edge of the city limits, a large plot of land is covered with garbage and mechanical parts, destroyed cars and old furniture. It is fenced off and guarded by a pair of swift Utahraptors so pillage at your own risk.

| Trailer Park
A small dirt-covered plot of land where people can park their trailers and mobile homes and just... well live. It's cheap, provides free (probably stolen) cable and is just the kind of grungy, nasty place you'd expect a cheap trailer park to be.

| Abandoned Warehouse
A large abandoned building just outside of the city. It was once used to store materials for a local department store and is full of massive stacks of abandoned crates containing all sorts of things from drugs to weapons to clothes to old game systems to car parts.

| Railroad Yard
An industrial train station/rail yard. Here, train cars and some engines are parked and housed between being hauled off to various places. It's a busy, industrious place and is protected by guards. Sometimes, hoodlums and animals like to steal things from the parked rail cars.

| Donny J's Diner
A small, quaint little eatery just outside of Sympathy city. Your typical diner, with that 1950's music and style and checkerboard patterns all over. They serve breakfast all day, but are still a less than popular spot since the food is rather cheap and kind of nasty.

| Local Airport
A fairly large international airport is the main thoroughfare in and out of Sympathy City. It's the only way to travel without the concern of being attacked by wild, and sometimes mythical, animals. It's also a popular source of part-time jobs and a popular place for car junkies to drag race, typically on the empty runways.

| Alveus River
A man-made moat-like river with steep muddy banks but fairly shallow waters. It separates the city from the surrounding wilderness and was constructed with a 20 ft chainlink fence on its border.

| Fields and Farmland
Most of the area surrounding Sympathy City is farms and farmland. Fields usually fenced off can contain anything from crops to cattle to even small dinosaurs being farmed. It's a dangerous place to be. The nearby woodlands are full of dangerous carnivores and thieves.

| Bracken Forest
95% of the land beyond the local farms is covered in various types of evergreen and sometimes exotic trees. In some areas, it's so thick, sunlight cannot be seen. Other areas have been thinned out by wandering dinosaurs.

| Volcanic Wastelands
A large area where no trees and very few grasses and shrubs are able to grow. The land is singed black, dry and cracked, with rivers of lava spewing from an active volcano at the center. It is a place rarely visited by mortals.

| Pollex Mountain Range
Created by the same faultline that caused the local volcano, the mountains are tall, wide and massive on all accounts. They are full of caves and dens for even the largest of creatures, and are frequented by dragon hunters and Fenrir fanatics.

| Atlantic Ocean
The island of North Cali sits right smack in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The shape of island allows for a small bay near the city, but on all other sides, nothing but ocean. Great for pirates and sea critters of all sorts.
